"As soon as we walked to our room we noticed trash thrown all over the hall. Next to our door was a mound of trash and dirty towels and we checked in late so they had time to clean it. The bathtub was very dirty with black mold and also the bottom of the tub had a thin Matt that was coming up and had mold all below it. Terrible stay."

"The breakfast was good about $80 for two ppl. It was valentine day weekend. The staff the first night had bad attitudes and confrontational. It was better the second night "

"1st our tv didn’t work. The regular tv channels said “no signal” and the apps for Netflix and tubi wouldn’t load 2nd our shower wasn’t working properly. The water wasn’t going down the drain. It was backing up in the tub and taking forever to drain out. Our room looked nothing like the pictures and the reviews we saw. I picked a specific room when I booked the hotel. When we arrived we were told we were getting an upgraded room. The room was just on a higher floor and looked like a regular room. That’s not an upgrade. The restaurant at the hotel charges outrageous prices for a little portion of food, the drinks at the bar are high priced. Parking at the hotel is ridiculous at $79 per night. Then if you want to buy anything at the hotel like bottles of soda, water, chips or candy it’s $5 EACH. We don’t recommend this hotel, nor would we stay here again. Not at the prices they charge."

"We booked this hotel with breakfast included. When we checked in the said we didn’t have breakfast included and it was $21pp. Since we didn’t have breakfast we took our time in the am and when we checked out the woman said you’re leaving without taking advantage of the included buffet? We sat down for 5 mins cause we had plans to get to. Very disappointed. When I booked it didn’t say we had to pay for parking which we had to pay $12 for. We had a nice room but the bathroom shower kinda sucked and the panel under the sink fell off. We paid a decent amount to stay at a Hyatt and it was NOT worth it. "

"The breakfast buffet was far too expensive for what it was so we opted not to use it. Didn't use the bar area either. The room was relatively clean but the property is very dated and this contributed to cleanliness. The carpet in our room was stained all over, there was rippling in the carpet and it was pulling up in corners. The towel rack in the bathroom was partially falling out of the wall. There were stains in the wallpaper and the curtains. The reviews and especially the photos of the property did not accurately reflect the expected conditions of the room. I wanted to move to a different property but our reservation was already prepaid and we just slept there instead of spending a ton of time in the room. The sheets and bedding were clean, but the rest of the room was lackluster and in need of serious renovation so hotel staff can properly clean the rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and we're supposed to get refreshed linens and new towels on day 3 but that never happened either. The location worked out great for us for the trip but we will not be staying at this location again. "
