"Very poor! Food is not fresh, not appetizing, not enough options, room was dark , uninviting. You don’t feel like staying in the room, you don’t want to come back. Staff, at recent was very accommodating but staff who refills your soap, coffee, did not leave coffee at all, we had to leave a note to please leave some. There was only one glass supplied in the room, we had to ask more from the reception. Bathroom floor was always wet, not sure if the tub was leaking or the toilet was leaking. Room needs update."

"The staff were nice, but the place and cleanliness was poor. I honestly wanted to leave the first day. I was super excited about the hot tub, but I found hair and the old scrunchie near it. I told him to clean my room twice and it’s like they just moved stuff around didn’t sweep, the shower had a weird rust around it too"

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Seoul for 14 days. Everything was consistently clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference during a longer stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, the room was cleaned every day, and everything always felt fresh and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, and I truly felt at ease throughout my time there. It’s a great place for both short and extended stays. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again."
