"Perfect location! It was walkable to the beach, which my priority when vacationing with my family of four. We love the beach and warm water! The cliff walk was a 9 minutes walk, beautiful scene, nice relaxing walk. The mansions were 5 minutes drive, Newport downtown, nice restaurants and good vibes all around! We loved our time there, great time!"

"We had a great stay at the Newport Harbour Island Resort. It’s a great location close to everything but fabulous ocean and bridge view. The outside decks, seating and pool and bar areas were terrific. Lots of room to relax on grass and plenty if nice chairs along the water front to sit and relax in. The food and service was excellent. "

"Location, location, location! Can walk to several restaurants and bars and the staff at the hotel is very helpful and nice, especially Jen at the front desk. Would recommend highly and will return!"

"There were some abandoned businesses but having said that, many places walkable. Wal-Mart and Starbuck's are across the road, many fast food spots nearby, and convience stores close as well. "
