Discover this quaint, cozy gem that is convenient to everything Newport County has to offer. You'll feel right at home in our beautifully designed 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottages. Each cottage features two levels of living space. The first floor is composed of a kitchen with breakfast bar, half bathroom and living area that has a pull out sofa bed and a flat screen HD TV. The second floor is home to the bedroom which is outfitted with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. With all the conveniences of home, these cottages is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay!

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION:
Guest agrees to the following:
To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.
No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows.
Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

Best wedding weekend!

We stayed at East Island Reserve for our wedding weekend and used the cottage to get ready. Our family and friends loved the space and it was very clean and relaxing. Overall we had a great stay, thank you!

Pre-college stay!

We loved our tiny house for 3 nights. The one missing item was a desk in the upstairs. Both my husband and I needed to work remotely each morning and this caused me to need to go to the Adirondack room. it was lovely but my work could have been better aligned with a desk upstairs. my husband sat on the sofa. We hope to return with our other 2 adult children too. Location was great to get to sites in the region. thanks.

Quaint Get Away Spot

The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning purposes. Overall a great experience and would stay again.

What a Great Cottage!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the cottage. It is probably one of the nicest vrbo's we have stayed in. We really liked that there was a half bath downstairs as well as a full bath upstairs. It was very well equipped. Close enough to newport. Easy to find, easy to check in, very clean. Our cottage had a parking spot right outside our door. There was an stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans if you are inclined to cook. We chose to eat out. If i was staying in the area again, i would definitely rent here again.

Only a Kurig coffee maker and only a few pods so had to go out and get coffee to get us through the stay sadly- we even brought a bag of coffee but no coffee pot to use and the kurig didn’t work well… otherwise great place and great location - Sofa bed is not comfortable - someone needs to design a sleepable sofa bed…

Holiday Weekend Trip

We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again.

Cute little house with nice amenities.

We were warmly greeted. The house was very cute. It was nice having a second bathroom. The house was nicely planned with all of the amenities, including a washer and dryer. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Perfect weekends stay

Nice location outside of busy city and yet close to all you need for the short stay. Gives you feeling home without locking you into the cage of hotel room. Perfect sizing for the family of 3, super clean and fresh on every detail. Best shower pressure experience. Absolutely recommending.

A great 4 day stay

We came on a Monday and left on the Friday. The cottage was well appointed with the perfect amount of amenities to make our stay pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a heated floor. The location is minutes from stores, restaurants and is easy to get to. We will be back when we come back up here.

This was the perfect property for us! My husband is an early riser so having two floors was great! I prefer to sleep in a little bit so the accommodations were ideal plus very comfortable. The kitchen came equipped and the bathroom had plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

Ultra Comfy Stay

The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were wonderful! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our two kids (9 and 11) stayed on the pull-out sofa downstairs and enjoyed having their own 1/2 bathroom and space. The pull-out bed was comfy as well! We only used the small fridge for leftovers and drinks, so not sure about the rest of the appliances, but everything in this home was spotless, and it was a perfect amount of space for a family of four. Having designated parking directly in front of the building was also wonderful after a long day of trying to find spaces in Newport! Being out of the hustle and bustle of the city was great, and we hope to stay here again when we visit the area!

Too Short Get Away

What a cute property! My husband and I made a quick trip to Newport and after our experience we'll definitely be back next year for a full week. The Cottages were perfect! Central to everything we wanted to do and private. I plan on checking out the spa on our next trip. The Winery next door was so convenient and such a good time as well.
