"The staff was very accommodating!! The 1st room i was assigned had a very noisy ac unit & they were very happy to give me a different room. On my last morning I was woken up by some sort of work being done outside. Tree trimming or some sort of leaf or lawn blower type very loud noise & they were gracious enough to wave my resort fee, as I thought it very unacceptable to be woken up at 4 a.m.... another room was offered but it happened to be my last day there so that didn't really apply & ear plugs were offered... however I was already very wide awake... other than that.. nice property"

"This is a time share and you will be approached to attend a sales session with attractive incentives. However, you may opt out. I booked online and got a wonderfully relaxing experience in a very well appointed 1 br Condo. Staff here is very attentive and the grounds are immaculate and very impressive. Housekeeping is extra $$ so be prepared to go 5 days in the same sheets unless you pay for that option. I would always prefer this to a hotel. The pool is very well done with extended open hours. "

"Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Jack, the host, was top-notch—his communication was excellent and he made himself available at all times for any questions or needs, although everything was so well-prepared that we didn’t need assistance at all. The house was well stocked with the necessities for any trip!We stayed for five days while attending a cheer competition, and it was the perfect home base for our trip. The kids absolutely loved the amenities, and one of the highlights was the animals—they really connected with the dogs Blue, Birdie and Rex the tortoise, and it made the experience even more memorable.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would definitely choose this property again in the future. Highly recommend!"
