"Room was clean, but housekeeping never made the bed. Only exchanged towels. The spa was not open on the days I was there. The pool was closed, I swear I checked that it was open before I booked. Didn’t really encounter any staff. They push you to use self check in that doesn’t work well. Ice machine in my floor was out of order. "
