"Pros: The house was clean, with many beds. We had plenty of towels, and it was decorated nicely. There is lots of storage in the kitchen with nice appliances. The location is great for walking distance to the beach and a short drive to town. It was very nice to be able to bring our dogs.Cons: flooring needs to be replaced - some spots are very soft, and it felt like you could fall through. The back deck has some loose rails. There is no lighting in the dining room area. There was no electrical plug in the 2nd upstairs bathroom, and neither bathroom had toilet paper holders. The kitchen could be better stocked with mixing bowls, storage containers, etc. It is evident that the property managers own the property and do not use it to know what is missing when you are staying at a place for several days."

" Wonderful Family-Friendly Beach GetawayWe absolutely loved our stay at this beach house. It was perfect for a family with young kids — the hosts truly thought of everything. The house was stocked with beach toys, a beach wagon, towels, chairs, and even kid‑safe plates and cups, which made packing and planning so much easier. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower, which was a thoughtful touch.Inside, the home was spacious and comfortable. The large couch in the living area was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach, and having TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms made winding down in the evenings a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for everyone.The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, even with all the gear and little ones in tow. The host also left helpful local recommendations for restaurants, and it was a quick, easy drive into Galveston for anything we needed, or to see the tourist hot spots.Overall, this home made our beach trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again"

"So both of the AC systems didn't work, had to have someone come to service while we were there, had a door handle fall off the minute we got there and we could not open the freezer door because the ice maker bin was broken, no pans to cook anything besides an egg, was not a very pleasant experience for sure, house was not so clean, anyways It was a beautiful location and we loved that"
