"Quiet neighborhood, perfect beach house vibes."

"This property was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of space that was also comfortable. Lots of room with beach views. The elevator wheelchair access was the reason we booked this house. Was very convenient for my 94 year old Nana. Also made getting luggage up stairs wonderful! Unfortunately a few things that were not address at all after a call and a msg. The master door would not lock which was a little scary. Jacuzzi did not work. We did not have air conditioning upstairs for 3 of the 5 nights. Seemed like it was not urgent. I have no tolerance to heat do to medications. Did not feel well and missed days at the beach with family. "

"The house is big and clean. Love that it's right on the canal with a dock and outdoor shower. The ladder into the canal was very helpful. There was plenty of parking and amenities. Highly recommend this house--perfect for a family reunion!"

"The kitchen needed at the least salt and pepper, also more towels are needed in this house. It sleeps too many people to have such few towels "

"The expansiveness of the main level was perfect for energetic children to move around and everyone loved the super-long island in the kitchen. Having 2 refrigerators near each other was also great. We had a little trouble finding the pack-n-play for the baby and a little trouble contacting the host - a little detail in house instructions would have been helpful. A baby gate for the stairs wasn't provided but we were able to borrow one for the 10-month-old. The location was perfect except for Sunday night when a huge party of teenagers were using a few of the houses on the street and walking across our lawn to the beach. We worried that VRBO/Beach Box would think we were breaking the rule about no gatherings. We called Beach Box to alert them and they sent security out to check the situation, which we appreciated."

"Nice place, 8 minute walk to the beach, I’ve already recommended to others. Pleasantly surprised upon walk in. Very comfortable & spacious, had everything we needed."

"Pros: big house with plenty of space. Additional living area on top flood was nice. Location was good ( not in the middle of Galveston) lots of parking space.Cons: hot tube wasn’t working (which was a big reason we booked the house). They couldn’t get anyone to come out to MUCH later on the second day. Weren’t very apologetic and when asked how they would rectify the situation they brushed the question under the rug.nor sure what was going on with the actual flooring on the main level but there were major dips and humps hidden under furniture and rugs. It was obvious no one had come and done a walk through in quite some time. All in all I would say it was over priced for what we actually got. The way the company handled the whole hot tube issue was incredibly unprofessional. "
