"Great house and prime location. The beach was essentially 'private' at this time of year and due to no vehicles allowed at this part of the beach. The balconies were fantastic and had tons of provided seating. Inside was really comfortable and provided plenty of space for gathering. The elevator made luggage and supplies simple to get upstairs. "This place was beautiful. We were very pleasantly surprised by the closeness to the oceanfront. My only complaint about this rental are simple fixes. The water upstairs (3rd floor bathroom) did not work. The lock at the front door was difficult. I would suggest that be replaced. I alerted the owner and he was very responsive. We will absolutely be renting this place again. "
