Great for Westerners. By far the best place we have stayed so far in India! Our group arrived in Jaipur with terrible fevers and stomach bugs. The facilities at were great for us to rest up, recover, with a nice restaurant and very helpful/friendly staff and room service. We left feeling better than when we arrived. If I come back to Jaipur, will stay here again!

Observations about Property
It is a nice property, good peaceful environment at Bani Park, amongst posh locations at Jaipur. Near Railway Station, Bus Stand, local transport easily assesible at Hotel gate. 2 Observations: 1) Food had hard oil smell, so be cautious while ordering paratha/ lentals/ vegetables & 2) Low on cleanliness, curtain & fan had dust accumulated. Service wise good, friendly staff. Overall satisfactory experience.

The hotel was being renovated. So there was no proper dining area. The kitchen/dining menu was also very limited. So to get a proper meal, you had to go out. They had good suggestions for that, but with kids, you don't always want to go out. Hiring a car was very expensive. I am not sure if it was a Jaipur or hotel thing. 4 hour minimum. The service was friendly, but no AC in the rooms was difficult at 40 degrees.

Bed bugs..... not worth it.
We found bed bugs in our room and although they cleaned the room, because it’s such an old run down place, I am sure it’s filled with bugs. Also the staff arranged a driver to take us around to all the sightseeing spots. He kept telling us that entry was restricted in some of those places, when it wasn’t. So we didn’t get to see some places.

Awesome vibe and friendly staff
Comfortable stay. We did not have AC and the room was quite hot compared to the rest of the hotel. But the front desk and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Would recommend but come when no-AC wouldn’t be a big deal.

A charming heritage property in a nice quiet residential area of Jaipur. Very attentive and helpful staff. The food in their restaurant is also very tasty. The Krishna Palace is an ideal place for your stay in Jaipur.

Great stay if you like a firm bed
Beautiful older hotel that could use a facelift. Everything worked well, staff were lovely but it could be so much better. Bed was a let down as it was very hard and thin. Great value for what we paid.

Great place.
I was sick as a dog with the Delhi belly and some mysterious cough/fever/chill too. Their menu was ideal for recuperation and the staff were helpful in organising a Doctor to do a house call and a car to the pharmacy. One drawback was they are doing renovations and the noise continued until well past 8pm until I complained. After that the noise ceased at a reasonable time each day.

Lovely family run guest house
I can’t recommend this hotel enough, a family run affair nothing is too much trouble, your comfort is their only concern, beautiful rooms stunning terrace to eat on,fabulous food. They are helpful if you need anything just ask from a taxi to train tickets. We have been looked after as if we were family a happy peaceful place to lay your head in a vibrant colourful city.

It was just like the Marigold Hotel from the film. Lovely and quaint but you could see that they were trying to upgrade the facilities which I'm sure will appeal to others but would perhaps steal from the originality. Would have appreciated our bins being emptied over the 3 nights we spent here but didn't bother us too much, The guys on reception were totally helpful and went out of their way to assist with booking trips and cars. 4.5/5

Rather disappointing
We were in this hotel for 6 days. The staff was helpful, the premises looked promising from outside however, inside was a different story: The cleaning needs to be of higher standard, the floor, windows.. No hoover in sight! The room is not finished (wires hanging from ceiling and wall where the aircond should be). Furniture not complete, the bed is hard, our room is noisy - dogs barking and neighbors quarelling or just talking loudly every evening. The outdoor dining area is amusing - a woman was there each morning while we were there, drying her hair in the sun, picking up hairs from the table, in full view of others (!), should put up notices against this! A buffet breakfast would be better, instead of guests paying for similar food every morning. Most guests were European I noticed, the hotel should take this into consideration and improve, it would make a great place!

Staying at a Jaipur haveli
I was with my good friend, staying at Krishna Palace for a day. The staff was supportive, Kartik (the Manager I suppose) and Vinod (Manager again I think) were both very helpful. Oh the decor of the room was soo Jaipur, it had every character of a Jaipur haveli. The wall murals, the intricacies of these murals will leave you awestruck and the lengths the team have gone to maintain them. Bathroom was clean so was the room. It was spacious, the furniture was antique, the AC was effective. Almost everything was reasonably priced on the food menu, it won't pinch your pocket. They have a rooftop hotel and have given it every character of Jaipur architecture, you'll like the views from the terrace, the corridors and the building is very well maintained. I want to thank Vinod and Kartik, I had forgotten some things in the hotel. The staff was prompt to reply me back on my query of whether my stuff was there or not. Upon giving them an address located close to their hotel, they agreed to deliver my things to the address that I provided to them. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Stay at Hotel Krishna
The hotel is situated in a calm locality, away from city noise and buzz. Stay was comfortable, staff was quite friendly. The hotel is still under renovation but doesn't bother much. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly staff
I had to check in late as I was arriving from Delhi by train. The hotel was able to organise pickup from the station. After checking out in the morning, I left my luggage at the hotel and then did my day-tour of Jaipur before heading to Agra. The room I stayed in was nicely designed and clean. I would stay here again.
