My Kaibab Retreat - Spacious and Easy Access

Centrally located to many natural wonders such as the Kaibab Mountain, Grand Canyon, historic Arizona Strip, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park, this totally renovated home is ready for you and all your adventures!

Located at the end of a dead end street, there is no thru traffic and is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

With enough parking for several vehicles, four-wheelers, RVs, travel trailers, and whatever other toys you may bring, as well as a large area to turn around in, you don’t have to worry about getting stuck in a tight place.

This beautiful home has a large back porch with benches for you to enjoy a famous Arizona sunset on, or BBQ there with the grill provided for your use.

Three unique bedrooms with queen beds can sleep six, with an air mattress provided for up to two more travelers means this home can accommodate eight people.

One master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower, and there is a main bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A gorgeous kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and baking essentials for your use, and a desk with high speed fiber internet/WiFi throughout the house is provided for your internet needs.

Great Location For Us.

Everything about our stay here was great. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was located close to the national parks we visited and right around the corner from our nieces house. Check in and check out was simple and convenient. We'll definitely being staying here again.

Very comfortable and nice!

We stayed here while visiting the North Rim. This was a great place to stay with lots of space. Everything was clean and organized and the host was helpful and friendly!

The host was very accommodating. A little issue with the furnace but quickly took care of us by giving us another place to stay . Which was very comfortable and a lovely house. Highly recommend them as Host !

Perfect house for our family and 2 dogs. Very clean and well stocked with anything you'd need for a long stay. Close enough for day trips to Grand Canyon and multiple Utah state parks.

Great location

Great location to visit national parks. Kanab is fun to visit also, Ra Chel the host made good recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. House and beds are very comfortable and plenty of amenities. Recommend for all ages.

Great place for North Rim visit

It is extremely hard to get lodging at the North Rim of Grand Canyon. This house was a great place to stay. Definitely a quite neighborhood and all the extras needed

The house was wonderful, it is a country style home. Traveled with my dogs perfect for pets. Couches extremely comfortable to relax on after a day of hiking. Kitchen stocked with all the dishes needed to cook.

Great home near Kanab

Ra Chel's house is clean, spacious, and well-kept. The A/C and WiFi work great. The bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries; and plenty of fresh bath linens. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and the fridge's ice-maker and water work well.We enjoyed our stay and the house's central location. It is only 10 minutes to Kanab, with plenty of options for food. There are also many great places only an hour or so away, like Zion National Park, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Glen Canyon.I highly recommend this house for a comfortable stay and as a home base for adventuring.

Quite Nights and Sky Gazing

Our group stayed here while exploring the surrounding area's including Point Sublime on the Grand Canyon North Rim. The area is beautiful and this house was a pleasant stop on a bigger journey. The house was well equipped for cooking and laundry as we did both at this stop. The porch was great for sky gazing and the sunset and sunrise is quite colorful in the area. Had a great stay and a great host.

Perfect Home Base!

The house had absolutely everything we needed for us to prepare meals, unwind, and even watch the beautiful sunsets. This place has been one of our family’s favorite places. The owner anticipated everything their guests could need. We will definitely be staying here again. The house is located conveniently a short distance from the best nation and state parks. Restaurants are a short 5-10 minute drive away.

Very Nice

This location worked out great for us to visit a number of National Parks and to serve as a cozy home base. It was a very clean and we were provided plenty of the essentials. Which made the list of want we need a lot shorter. Highly recommend!

Located at the end of a dead end street made for a quiet and serene experience. The home was spacious and homey. There was a table with information on local sites which helped with planning daily activities. The view from the side and back of the house was beautiful.

The house is the nicest one in a tiny town. Utterly clean and ready for us, large and spacious! We walked in and cooed "This is SO CUTE!" The autumn decor was lovely without being too precious, the beds were very comfortable, and a little flock of quail toddled around the back yard. The town doesn't have much but Kanab, UT is 15 minutes away with interesting food and shopping. Extra points for the easy, early check-in email, with door code and early check-in time (3pm instead of 4pm). We felt very welcomed. Good place for the parks: 1.5 hours away from the Grand Canyon North Rim. 5/5 Stars

Sweet little getaway.

Loved this house. Ac and heater were amazing. The main concern I had were the bugs that were found daily inside: rollie pollie, black beetles, 1 praying mantis and 1 large grass hopper. Given that you are within the country its expected. Ive seen them come under the gap between the floor and moldings. Otherwise its a lovely home.

Great for 6 -7 people not more

Overall, this was a lovely spot for my parents and my family (9 total). The listing said it could sleep 10, but there are only 3 queen sized beds and one roll away, which might be a queen... They all seemed small to me! But maybe I'm just used to our King at home. Fortunately, we were able to make it work since we have small children who could share, but I feel like the description should be updated so you know exactly what you're getting. We looked for an additional air mattress, but never found it. Our baby slept in a pack and play that we brought. Additionally, the queen mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable, but those sleeping in the other rooms didn't complain about their mattresses.Overall it was great - we loved the Belgian waffle maker and the additional cooking supplies that were either left by previous guests or supplied by the host. It was clean and we had plenty of blankets and bedding. We used the movies, a handful of games and puzzles, and had a great stay. My elderly parents spent a lot of time at the house while my little family went adventuring.
