"From day 1 service was outstanding, checking was fast and easy, every employee encounter was polite and happy to be working, the ladies out cleaning the room so accommodating and pleasant we got fast our baby crib also been winter rooms wasn’t cool enough for my liking so they provided a fan for us , definitely coming back , water pressure great hot steaming water to shower. At check out was fast and easy big thank you to Akadq and Danus so friendly Top 10 stars to Akadq for her fantastic Service going above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but exceptional, Rafael at the door entrance wow so good at his job. "I was a little skeptical at first honestly. I drove to NY from NH and I was scared about the parking but they do have a garage for $30 which is reasonable for NY. The service desk gentleman assisted me and was very kind and informative. The room was VERY clean and it was very quiet through out the night. The breakfast was a whole spread from 6-10am and throughout the hotel it was very clean. Over all I’m impressed and definitely would stay here again and would recommend!"
