Bones for the price this hotel was great. The front desk lady was super helpful and let me know upon arrival that my room was on the first floor and since I was traveling alone if I would be more comfortable on another floor she would move me. The room was good so I didn’t feel the need but it was good to be offered. Bed was surprisingly comfy and the room was clean. No complaints here :)

What I didn't like that I stayed 8 days in room 207 and they never came to clean my room. Room 207 is full of roaches. I had to spray around the room and cover my belongings.

Weird.

Honey!!! I almost turn around as fast as I entered. No one was at the front so I waited 30+ minutes after having to call their phone and let them know I was waiting. Then the receptionist never showed her face she decided to lift the window. Guard up just enough for me to just see her hands. It was giving weird, I needed up calling more people to come with me cause the vibe was off and I had my children. The beds are very hard so if you like a firm mattress you are good. Overall okay I guess.

The room was clean and comfortable and bed was great. The person across the hall had dogs barking incessantly thorough out the day and night. I complained to the person at the desk and the animal was quiet for a night, but acted up again the night after. People should be more courteous when traveling with their pets.

Will never stay here again!

I had no electricity in my room after a storm and the front desk did not have it fixed through out my stay. When I ask for fee reduction for the inconvieniences they said that the manager does not allow it. The hotel also smaller like weed right after walking past the lobby. I will not recommend this hotel not stay in it ever again. The place and people are very gehtto.

We checked in and checked out within minutes. We found hairs and multiple stains on the bed, along with dirty floors and smells. What caught us off guard was the lady, although very nice, met us to check us in wearing gear robe and night bonnet. When we told her we were leaving, she said her manager would have to take care of any compensation. We haven’t received any reimbursement. Long story short - don’t stay here…go to the Marriott!

Would not accept a travel visa credit card to pay for room. The purpose of it is not risking your own bank information while traveling. Have used at several other motels. Also was able to use it every where in Jax. That should be listed somewhere when you book. Only certain payments allowed. The bed was uncomfortable. All around just won’t book here again.
