The room was good. Very clean and very roomy was a great stay. Breakfast was okay. The only problem was the TV didn't work well. Had to keep unplugging it to re-boot it. Look forward to staying again. Very helpful staff.

The first room we checked into had a very strong, unpleasant odor, particularly in the bathroom, that did not dissipate. The staff was very gracious and accommodating when we requested another room. The second room was acceptable, and the bathroom, bedding, and surfaces appeared clean. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor, and the displayed inspection certificate appeared to have expired in August 2025. We appreciated the staff's helpfulness, but the overall condition of the property was disappointing.

Wonderful experience. Clean rooms and facilities. Good breakfast. The super star gentlemen at the reception desk - always top notch. We stayed for three days due to the surgery at Mayo - he was great and very considerate. The rooms are large. Bedding is clean. Bathroom is clean and works. Hot shower is strong. Parking is plentiful and safe, there are cameras. Location is great, next to Whole Foods and Target and close to the interstate. Will stay again.

1st rate hotel. This was my second time staying here. Will always stay here when I'm visiting Jacksonville. Rooms are really clean, towels are plentiful and thick, bed and pillows comfortable with decent bed linens. Great breakfast with good variety. Professional staff with pleasing personalities. There are lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. Nothing fancy, just a great place to stay.

One of my favorite hotel stay for sure. Nice size room, friendly staff, cleanliness from the parking lot to the inside. The breakfast was actually pretty good and nice gym. Last but not least, extremely convenient to everything from restaurants to shopping. I personally recommend and give it a 5 out of 5⭐️
