Loved the hotel , i was in an end unit towards the road so ot was a little noisy. Restaurant by the hotel Plate88 American grill was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Customer service with the officme we so friendly. Thank you
Janie was amazing! Great customer service! Tbh, the bed was not comfortable and the shower was sad. We were also very sad that the hot tub was gone. Plate 88 was great, except for the early hours. We were also super sad Gallagers was closed. But, thats CA.
Desk Staff is beyond great. Only advice for them to pay attention to detail. Second visit. Same room 3 months apart. Missing bathroom fan conver. Cracked electrical inlet cover in entry. Seems small but i belive this could be a destination hotel because of location. The restaurant that is next door is also amazing. I was kinda caught off guard by how awesome this place was. BEST STAFF EVER. Food amazing. All said I give a %100 percent score.
An average experience. Overall not bad but the floor was super dirty. The net to the balcony just leaned back on the balcony door. Place has potential. Ok for one night if on the road.
Everything was surprisingly very good. One suggestion, if your wife has had double knee surgery in the past year and is also suffering from a pulled hamstring and you have a sciatica thing going on, make sure to specify ground floor. Very stupid of me...
The coffee pot in the room was for pods, but ground coffee was supplied instead of pods. So, not cup of coffee upon waking up. Otherwise, everything was great.
There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation.
It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. Having said all that, I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were big, clean and great views. The staff was wonderful and amazing. They deserve a raise!!!!! or bonus!!!!!!
No outlets near nightstand. Refrigerator froze everything. Snow on floor through crack in door. Only one small garbage can in bathroom. No towels for hot tub. Hot tub was not hot.

Just okay but cheap
Our rooms had a slight cigarette smell and the sheets and blankets looked really worn. Carpet isn’t the cleanest either. But overall the staff was friendly and the price was good that we could deal with it for a night. Really hope they start updating the sheets and blankets it’s gross to think of what’s on them....
Place overall was nice but the bed was terrible we both woke up with sore backs from the bed worse sleep ever

Friendly Staff.....
We were only there to sleep and the bed was comfortable.
Could hear talking from others.
The room decor could’ve used an update.
Staff was very friendly and helpful!!!
I accidentally book the room for a day earlier than my employee's arrival. We received a call the evening we were supposed to arrive so that they would know what time we would be there so they could provide us "after hour arrival instructions." Embarrassed and disappointed that I was paying for a hotel stay I wasn't going to use, I told the lady on the phone that I somehow booked it for the wrong night. Without hesitation, and without my even asking about the possibility, the lady said, "No problem, I will just move your reservation to tomorrow night." I was stunned. They obviously care about their guests at Pioneer Inn & Suites!
Close to family gathering. Too close to a Bar/Nightclub.

Disliked: Amenities
The room was clean but my request for a room away from the main road was ignored. The room smelled of Lysol and when I opened the sliding glass door to the balcony I encountered a cloud of cigarette smoke from the guest downstairs sitting on his balcony smoking non- stop. WiFi works great until 8am when everyone in the hotel logs in and it virtually stops working. Warning: there is NO cell service here (at least not for Verizon).
