"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"Clean, simple and cosy. Brilliant location and easy enough to find and check-in.
On the smaller side and a bit tight for taller westerners but if you’re looking for an easy and convenient place to crash after exploring nakano and other Tokyo wards it’s a great option. "

"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station.
The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that.
Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon!
Thanks "

"Fantastic location super close to the park and other businesses. Rooms were kept very clean and were well designed for the space. Shower was always hot and ready and we didn’t want for anything. Staff was on point all the time even with the daily eco cleans. Bakery downstairs was a bonus and we couldn’t get enough of the bread and pastries. "
"This is an incredibly good value hotel. Unexpectedly, you can access the shopping center directly without having to go outside. The surrounding area is excellent, and you can even enjoy views of Tokyo's night skyline. It offers exceptional value in every aspect."
"Perfect location to go walking for dinner and drinks, to go shopping waking to the station and you stay with Godzilla. Big hotel with laundry room. The cafe in the lobby is very good try the late with Godzilla drawing.
I didn’t try the breakfast so I can tell abou it "
"I have been staying at the Hotel Metropolitan for over 30 years and it always shines! Everyone is very friendly, the rooms and common areas kept very clean. I did have one issue on this visit as there was an occasional odor in my hallway and room as if the sewer had backed up. I was on the 7th floor. I hope this was temporary and fixable as it was quite unpleasant at times. Thank you."
