"Amazing hotel, super cozy onsen, comfortable environment, friendly staff, and excellent hotel service. We stay at the hotel for 2 nights. The front desk staff speaks very good English, and they will patiently introduce you all services (especially the onsen) they provide, all local spots you can visit. They upgraded our room without any extra fees. The room is traditional Japanese tatami, it’s spacious, clean and very cozy. The room we have has a very good view from the window that you can see...
