Amazing staff and services make the stay feels like home. Half board was super delicious and absolutely amusing. Private onsen was secluded and peaceful. Definitely staying here again if passing by Ito!

食事がとてもおいしかった。部屋の露天風呂もとても良かったし、アメニティが入った巾着までお持ち帰りできると言う素敵なサービスもあり、備え付けの籠バッグて大浴場に行け、とても風情がありました。洗面所と大浴場の天井が気になったのと、湯上がりスペースに髪取りのモップが欲しかったが、仲井さんの気配りも素敵でした、また宿泊したいと思うお宿でした。

We had a Japanese style room with a private hot spring tub in the courtyard. Room was clean and spacious. The hot spring temperature is just perfect and enjoyable. We arrived very late to the hotel and missed our dinner. The breakfast was served in our room by two very friendly Japanese ladies. Staff speak very very little English but they use an interpreter online to assist guests. They provide courtesy shuttle to the train station.

小涌園の大浴場は思ったより小さかったが、平日だったせいか空いていた。 部屋の露店風呂は熱かった！が、小さめなので水を入れるとすぐに適温になる。 予想以上に活用した！昼、夜、夜中、朝と入った。 部屋で食べる夕食は、まあまあ美味しかったが出てくるのが遅くてすべて食べ終わるのに3時間もかかり、食べ終わる頃には21時すぎ。途中で眠くなり、お風呂に入りたかった。夜の時間がもったいない。

ゆっくりできる宿です

夫婦2人でお世話になりました。お部屋も施設も清潔感があり大変心地よい滞在になりました。 お部屋の係りの方の気遣いも程良く快適です。 酒飲みの二人ですが食事の量は丁度よいくらい、但し折角美味しいお米なのでご飯は最初に量を聞いて頂ければ無駄にならないような気がします。残す事にちょっと心が痛みました。 そもそも何がしたいとか見たいとかアクティブ感が全くない人間なので静かな雰囲気が良かったです。 敢えて難を挙げるとすれば、外の露天風呂に洗い場がないことでしょうか。その都度内風呂で洗って、部屋を横切って外の露天風呂に行かなければいけません。 機会があれば再訪したい宿です。

接客が素晴らしい！

きめ細やかな接客で心地よく過ごせました。部屋の露天風呂も掛け流しだし、バスのシャワーも温泉が出るというのも良かった。部屋に通された時にホームメイドのスイーツが出されたのも、冷蔵庫の飲み物がフリーなのも、用意されたグッズの質が高いのも気に入りました。 寝具は良いものが揃えられていたので快適。枕の高さが選べれば完璧だと思った。 難を言えば、部屋のすぐそばを電車が通る音と、電気の音なのかカチカチと聞こえるのが耳障り。 それさえなければパーフェクトだったのに。まあ、それを補ってくれたのは接客力でした。
