"We had a short overnight stay and this hotel was good. Limited shuttle times as it’s a distance from the airport. The breakfast buffet was varied and we were able to grab some fruit before our early departure."

"Durante minha estadia neste fim de semana, tive uma experiência geral positiva com o hotel, especialmente em relação ao ambiente e à localização. No entanto, alguns pontos importantes deixaram a desejar no serviço. Ao chegar, não havia sabonete disponível nem para as mãos nem para o corpo, e mesmo após solicitar, não houve reposição a toalha depois de tirar a que tinha, o que acabou sendo inconveniente durante a estadia. Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Entendo que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas esses itens básicos não deveriam faltar, especialmente quando solicitados. Não se trata de um favor, mas de um padrão esperado de serviço."

"The hotel shuttle is only to terminal 2 which is not a huge deal but I thought they should have disclosed that when we booked the suttle at the front desk so guests are not caught off guard. "

"Embora o local seja limpo e muito perto do aeroporto eu jamais ficaria aqui de novo por duas razoes 1. Não da pra dormir. O barulho é simplesmente horrivel e alto demais, de carros, caminhoes e muita buzina a noite toda, e 2. O shuttle pra levar ate o aeroporto nunca esta disponível, eles nao tem vans o suficiente e voce precisa pagar Uber ou Taxi, que me custou para 5 minutos (Porque é literalmente ali o aeroporto) R$ 100 Ou seja. não recomendo."

Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."
