"The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. It was convenient for the Start of the Salvador Marathon '25, and the one young lady who was working in the breakfast room. Everything else was way below average. Breakfast was the worst ever. Two elevators for all guests. One was broken for the entire stay, and the other had to be available for all the guests from the first to the seventh floor. I walked up and down most of the time to my room on the sixth floor. The Internet was out for the entire stay. During the three nights I spent at this place, not once did I have my room cleaned. Granted, I did not want it, and in the process, I saved them money. On Monday morning, when I asked to check out one hour later, I received a flat "No", "we are fully booked!" One hour would put them in the poor house? The apathy from the workers was palpable. I couldn't believe what was happening, and I was stuck there because they had charged my credit card before I checked in on Friday. I am not planning to return to Salvador, Bahia. However, this imitation of a hotel is one place I will NOT be looking for as a hotel. "
