tranquila, mas apertada.

A estadia em si foi tranquila. Mas a acomodação é pequena demais. Banheiro minúsculo, quarto muito pequeno que, para transitar 2 pessoas ao derredor da cama, uma tem que ficar fora do caminho. O quarto é muito pequeno. Tb não oferece serviço do toilet, ou seja, não tinha sabonete e shampoo.

Precisa melhora o atendimento, as pessoas que ficam na recepção tem que ser mais simpáticas, em uma recepção não pode ter gente de cara amarrada, principalmente quando o cliente chega de uma liga viagem, simpatia receptividade e carisma, isso falta é muito, eles deveriam colocar um cliente espião para verificar isso, e indentificar funcionários que precisar melhorar o atendimento.
