Staff were great and the food and beverage options in the hotel were good. The area around the hotel is a little dangerous. Better to take Uber to get around. The room I was in was very noisy especially early in the morning.

Foi uma ótima estadia. O quarto é muito bom, atendeu todas nossas necessidades e o pessoal é muito atencioso e gentil. O café, almoço e a janta são muito bons também. É bem localizado, embora tenha sido indicado por amigos não andar pelas redondezas em horários de pouco fluxo, tem um ponto de taxi no outro lado da rua que facilitou muito nossa vida e os locais dos circuitos, pelourinho e shoppings ficam perto. Recomendo muito este hotel!

O atendimento na recepção foi ágil e acolhedor, especialmente pela Adriana, que se destacou pela simpatia, atenção e prontidão em auxiliar sempre que necessário. Sua postura profissional fez toda a diferença na qualidade da hospedagem. O café da manhã merece um elogio à parte: variado, bem servido, organizado e com produtos frescos, proporcionando um início de dia muito agradável. A Zélia e a Karina, atendentes do café, foram extremamente atenciosas, educadas e cuidadosas, garantindo que tudo estivesse sempre impecável e oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor e eficiente. Limpo, tranquilo, mas falamos cedo sobre o frigobar que não estava funcionando e não deram a mínima, quando chegamos da rua e perguntamos na recepção sobre o problema disseram que esqueceram e continuamos com o mesmo problema até a saída. Experiência ruim.

Eu adoro o hotel sempre, não é a toa que é a 3ª vez me hospedando lá. Mas dessa vez senti que o café da manhã ficou um pouco a desejar, bem abaixo do que foi servido nas duas outras vezes que estive lá. O ar condicionado do quarto tbm nao estava gelando tao bem, e a fechadura da porta com defeito.
