We went on the cheap as we were only going to be there for 7 hours. It was what we expected, pictures always look better. They have a nice free breakfast and it was close to bus station we were leaving from the next morning.

Ótima hospedagem. Próxima ao shopping e ao metrô. O quarto que fiquei é muito confortável e atendeu bem as minhas necessidades, consegui descansar tranquilamente. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom também, da recepção ao serviço de quarto. Recomendo!

A estadia foi muito boa, a equipe receptiva, alegre e de bem com a vida. Eles tem uma preocupação com toda experiência do hotel. Quero parabenizar os recepcionistas Rosi e Patrick pelo atendimento e pela presteza em enaltecer a qualidade da propriedade. Além disso teve a moça que veio conversar após o atendimento como foi a hospedagem e como poderia melhorar, nunca vi isso na vida. A única ressalva que fiz foi pela cama, que a pessoa explicou que o hotel está passando por remodelagem. O colchão é maravilho, o travesseiro tb, o café da manhã muito bom. Vida longa ao Rede Andrade Bahia.!

Minha experiência no hotel teve pontos positivos e outros que acredito que podem ser melhorados. Embora seja um hotel de categoria econômica, percebi que a postura de alguns colaboradores pode ser aprimorada. Durante a hospedagem, observei conversas paralelas, brincadeiras em voz alta e até gritos entre funcionários, inclusive de pessoas que estavam na linha de frente recepcionando os hóspedes. Esse comportamento transmite a sensação de um ambiente pouco profissional, quando o ideal é que o cliente seja recebido com mais discrição e organização. Em relação à estrutura, entendo que o hotel já apresenta sinais de desgaste. Fiquei hospedada por cinco dias, em cinco quartos diferentes devido a uma situação emergencial, e pude perceber que os quartos e, principalmente, os banheiros precisam de manutenção. As toalhas também poderiam ser renovadas, proporcionando mais conforto aos hóspedes. Como sugestão, acredito que uma reforma gradual, por andar, seria uma excelente alternativa para modernizar a estrutura sem comprometer o funcionamento do hotel. Por outro lado, gostaria de destacar os pontos positivos. O café da manhã foi uma grata surpresa: bastante variado, com bolos, ovos, frutas, iogurtes e outras opções, atendendo muito bem às expectativas. Também faço um elogio especial à equipe da recepção, que sempre foi muito atenciosa e educada. Em especial, uma recepcionista morena, alta e magra, cujo nome infelizmente não anotei, prestou um atendimento excelente durante toda a minha
