"The Ibis Zeytinburnu was the hotel included in a Costsaver trip, "Wonders of Turkiye". The rooms were well appointed, breakfast included a lot of favourite Turkish dishes with plenty of choice. Taxi fares are expensive from the Old Town Instanbul, but the metro is only 800m or so from the hotel. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the pool as guests from the adjoinijng Novotel have priority and numbers are capped for pool and sun lounge use.."

A special thank you to Taylan at the front desk concierge — he made us feel welcome right away. He checked us in smoothly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond by arranging a massage for us, which turned out to be absolutely incredible. The massage was one of the best we've had — incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Highly recommend booking one if you're staying here! The buffet breakfast was another highlight. So many delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a beautifully arranged spread. If you have the time, it's definitely worth enjoying it every day during your stay. We also loved the pool and spa area — everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out in the city. "We were greated with immediate valet service at the door. And 2 very proffesional and nice workers helped us with both bags and reception. At the reception Efe helped us for the check in - Efe was no ordinary worker, he was a exceptional one, professional, experienced, and welcoming. Huge credits to Efe, really good, Efe is the reason we will visit this hotel again. Big ups Efe. The pool was lovely, although i didn't find the indoors one, the outdoors one was absolutely good. 5/5 I haven’t even mentioned the 24 hour room - service, without any hesitation or questions. Cleanliness was top, 3,9/5 really good, bed sheets were clean and actually felt clean, and the room was also. Overall 4,9/5 hotel, really recommend."
