I don't know how to start, is it ranked as a 4 star hotel? why? In any European country it wouldn't take more than 1 star. Dirty, old, plenty of dust but the best thing is when we arrived to the hotel and they said that the room is not available as the current guest decided not to check out so we would have to move to another hotel with sea views, much better than this one, totally new and better access. We decided to go and take a look when for our surprise it wasn't a hotel, it was one of the staff apartment, in a non recommended neighborhood (old, almost in ruins, very far and plenty of gypsies and drug dealers).
The apartment was inside a two floor building but better not to describe that, let's go back to the hotel. After we declined the offer they moved us to an "annex of the hotel" with 3 beds in a 15 sqft meters room, with no lights, with the ceiling falling apart, dirty, no phone, no internet and with cockroaches on the entrance.
The bed sheets, full of holes and some of them with Blood! (what the hell!?), and the pillows without cover. The neighborhood, not recommendable at night unless you go with precaution and in group.
Later we found out that there are better hostels near the blue mosque at similar price. Please look for alternatives very carefully and read the reviews.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
