Nice staff. Location is walkable to shops and restaurants and the area is quiet. The room is comfortable and clean and perfect for short stay.

Not the worst, but stuff could be more polite. The card to get the lift working didnt work. I went back to reception and guy responded that he told me before to use another side. When travellers arrive, they are usually tired, would be much better to be patient to the guests. People in reception forget that they wouldnt be paid if we do not visit hotel. Didnt bother finding parking - parked in front of the building. As soon as we parked, Franch man drove into our car. My advise - find a parking to be safe

I didn't like unexpected fees I was asked to pay as a guarantee. I told them this is not in the rules mentioned when I made the payment in upfront. I was told some temporary reasons for that, but they could notify me in advance in all the cases at least. Fortunately they didn't take this guaranty when they felt that this was impacting me. A part of that the staff was very helpful when I had questions even not related to the hotel itself.

I’ve stayed at nicer 3 stars than this
Customer service was good, and the breakfast staff was amazing! We were very disappointed by the room though. Had the smell of cigarette smoke although it was non smoking room. There were cigarette burn marks in the furniture. Floor was covered in hairs and we found some hairs on the bed. Bathtub had black scum and mold in corners. The room really needs to be renovated.

My shower door to my bathroom was broke my light in my bathroom was broke I complain to the manager on Monday when I got and they sent somebody up and they said that they will be back nobody ever came back I went back down on Friday so that we can switch you to another room so I’m checking out on Sunday it doesn’t make any sense they wouldn’t give me a discount or anything worst customer service horse hotel

The location is good for spending the day while waiting for the next flight. However staff need training to be professional. I asked them to book a large taxi for me at certain time. First it came late, second it was a small taxi, Third both staff kept arguing that I asked for taxi and that what it means. I checked with them more than once in good time and kept saying yes yes..... but very unprofessional in dealing with customer and defending undefendable mistakes.... keep arguing and arguing. plea TRAIN. I wouldn't trust those guys again

Its provides accommodation only, no service or food. With respect to others Hampton/ Hilton hotel standard in North America, it's a poor hotel. I am sure how they use Hampton/ Hilton name with out service, quality and standard.
