"The location is great. It is just 15min from JB CIQ. There are many food options and Jaya Grocer is available for other needs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. "Room was clean, location was fabulous close walking distance to mall with groceries and food places, close to ciq bridge to JB central station. Kitchen was good when you have kids but we were unable to use hob, the provide you an electric hot plate to cook on. Also only give one key card, and we had to plan how we went out and time it together with my partner. Communication via WhatsApp with host was excellent very friendly and helpful. We would probably come and stay again."

"The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it."
