"A very comfortable room once you make it there. Getting there was very difficult for me, but I’m a foreigner who doesn’t speak French so it’s probably just a me thing. The parking and unloading the car was very stressful because there was not a lot of options in front of the hotel and I made a mechanics shop angry as I was trying to unload. It’s also easy enough to get into Paris for a day trip which was great. "Clean and comfortable. Front desk is closed at night and there’s a self check in kiosk. The hotel entrance is gated and need security code to get in. Was a bit confusing first but once figured out it was fine. There’s a security guy roaming the property all night and he was helpful though didn’t speak English. I was able to communicate with my broken French and google translate. Small breakfast area. Went elsewhere for breakfast. "

"i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us. "

"The building looks old from outside - reminds me of an old factory or hospital and seems that the other half is shared with another company. Inside looks fine! There is a very small lobby. We got a room for 3 adults on the 4th floor. The lift is small, enough to fit 3 with small luggages. We had a spacious room with a large bed and a single bed. Interior is clean. Bathroom is quite small. The bathtub doesn't come with a bath mat, so it can be slippery. The shower head is small and water pressure is low - not the best shower I've had, and water leaks to the floor outside the tub. TV is stuck to the wall and cannot be adjusted - we weren't able to access the HDMI port to plug in our Google chromecast, but luckily they have a channel with original audio, in English. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. They helped get my mom into the small lift (for the disabled) down the staircase. However I didn't see one on the back side going to the parking. Was only a few steps down she could manage. Access to the mall was also good! Love that it's in a quiet and clean part of Paris. Definitely will be back in the future. "
