i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us.

I loved the layout of the space. We are traveling with our Adult Children. The 2 bedrooms and separate Kitchen and Living room made them even more comfortable! Unfortunately, this place is HOURS from the places we wanted to go.

No frills, huge place, great location

It's so big! Three sleeping areas, a bathroom with a tub, and a cooking area. We were very happy that we could spread out and have space. It has dedicated parking, is close to cool sights in Versailles, short drive from Paris.

We had to go and ask for the 6th chair. And the equipment in the kitchen was quite small. The appartment was quite okay.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Shady owners need to know not doing the right thing should cost them far more than $150 dollars they earned while never allowing us to enter This owner was unresponsive. I booked night of and the listing said after 4pm check out through no end time was okay. We were planning to arrive late. I felt like the listing upon booking meant this would work. After booking automated communication said we have to contact the owner greater than 24 hours. Obviously that couldn’t apply in our situation. We arrived at the property and contacted the owner. There wasn’t a working phone number and they never responded. I didn’t wait around forever as it was late and I needed to get my kids to bed. When I tried getting a refund which I think this was a very reasonable situation the owner should have recognized they didn’t respond to us or communicate. The owner has refused to refund. Very poor practice. Please don’t rent here. Support fair practices

The property is in a quite location and is accessible by bus and car. Nearest train station is 15 minutes away which may be a problem for some but wasn't for us. The actual apartment was in good condition except from the shower that could've used some mold cleaner in the grout, but it wasn't too bad.

Chambre très sale et poussiéreuse, linge taché

Séjour d'une semaine en famille, aucun passage de femme de ménage, état de la chambre très sale dès l'entrée car beaucoup de poussières en dessous du lit et au niveau du dessus du volet roulant, faisant des allergies à la poussière je suis tombée malade, j'ai dû le signaler et ils m'ont changer de chambre. Mais l'état de l'autre chambre était aussi sale. Les serviettes et les ont des tâches. Je ne recommande pas ce lieu.

Absolument scandaleux

Nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin nous nous sommes rendus à l’accueil pour récupérer le code du portail et accéder au parking Le jeune homme a l’accueil est très gentil et courtois seul point positif de notre séjour Nous arrivons dans un parking qui ressemble plus à une décharge qu’un parking tant il est rempli de déchets lié aux travaux de l’hôtel Nous demandons à l’accueil notre carte on nous donne une chambre libre sur l’ordinateur Sauf que celle ci était déjà occupé et nous nous sommes retrouvés n ne z à nez avec l’occupante que nous avons réveillé Nous prenons l’ascenseur placardé de cartons le sol est tapissé de bâches Nous changeons de chambre et avons un lit avec des poils et autres miettes sur le drap Nous prenons le petit déjeuner le sol est sale gras dans le réfectoire à 9h15 seule 2 tasses se trouve sur le meuble dans la chambre là télécommande de la télé sans piles La propreté de l’hôtel est honteuse Ne me sortez pas l’escuse des travaux pour justifier l’inacceptable Je vous demande le remboursement de la nuit Les photos du site sont à là limite de la publicité mensongère car tout est sale dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel C’est inadmissible que vous ne contrôliez pas les établissements que vous présentez sur le site Point positif le personnel qui je pense doivent avoir honte de travailler dans ces conditions et font face aux critiques des clients au moment de partir déjà 3 personnes dont moi étions entrain de faire des remarques auprès de l’accueil

The girl who worked at reception was really nice and friendly, however when we booked it said there was AC and we got there there was no AC and it was the hottest day of the year. It was a little far from the airport and Paris city center but overall it was a decent place to stay.

I only stayed for 2 nights to go the a kocal "attraction". The property is easy to find and I was greeted by a lovely young man who came out to tell me where to park, which was a covered carpark, at a charge, which is fine. The actual property feels like some sort of shabby student accomadation though. Bits of paper stuck on walls, filthy corridors and the rooms are tiny with a dirty little kitchenette type thing. Mext time I will double my budget and advise anyone to do at least the same.

Une catastrophe !

Aucune inormation ne m'a été donnée concernant le stationnement et le garage ni les infos "comment utiliser le "passe" de la porte d'entrée de chambre. Ce fut très très décevant ! Car obligée de sans cesse, contacter l'hotesse d'accueil.... je n'opterai plus pour ce genre d"hotel.

Pas génial, je ne reviendrai pas !

Heureusement que l'accueil fut sympathique, sinon quoi dire de l'état général : beau de l'extérieur mais rien de bien à l'intérieur ! J'arrive problème de clé, la chambre ne s'ouvre pas, une fois résolu j'entre dans un studio avec une odeur de tabac froid, je redescends on me propose de changer de chambre, ce que j'accepte bien évidemment ! Problème technique avec le portail donnant acces au parking de l'hôtel ! Le studio est tout petit mais une salle de bain immense, dommage je ne cuisine, ni ne dors dans la salle de bain ! Cela pourrait être mieux si les locaux et le technique était entretenue de façon convenable et régulière et surtout si tout le monde respectés les locaux, ne pas fumer dans une chambre non fumeur cela me semble être la base. Et enfin je finirais par dire que les studios ne sont pas très bien insonorisé !

Très bon séjour en région parisienne

Les appartements sont simples mais très propres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec beaucoup d’opportunités d’activités aux alentours.
