"We checked in to the room only to find it smelled of mildew and mold which was apparent in the shower and window areas. Due to health concerns we had to check out. The furniture was old and had holes. There was no tv on the wall. I asked the attendant about moving and a refund and he stated no one was available and he was not able to help so I called Hotels.com and they didn’t help either. I also filed an insurance claim. No one has gotten back to me. As mentioned, we checked out and booked another hotel. "

Enjoy.” When I opened the door, I found my dream room—exactly as pictured, if not better. Traveling solo, I felt genuinely cared for, and the level of grace and hospitality exceeded all my expectations. I’m so grateful to have discovered this gem.
