"The room was clean the location was great- right on the beach. The staff was uneven. Some were very helpful and cheerful while others were distant, and indifferent. They forgot to make up our room one day, they de-activated our room keys too early. The microwave in our room didn’t work and they didn’t replace it. The continental breakfast had a pancake machine which was so cool. "

"It’s a great location. Walking distance to restaurants/bars and shops. It’s beside the windjammer so be prepared for live music. Which you can enjoy from the shared balcony Oceanside of hotel. Friendly staff and good little continental breakfast. It’s definitely great for the younger crowd."

"Great location less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach gear is available in the back shed. If you have young children, you can walk for blocks to 29th St. and enjoy the play area."

"The home is wonderful with many amenities. The ocean is visible from the property and the beach is only a few minutes walk. Communication with Island Realty was easy and pleasant. The only cleanliness issue I had was that there was pet hair on the cushioned furniture by the pool. A few suggestions that would secure a repeat stay for us would be to have the option for a heated pool, a couple of memory foam mattress toppers available for guests that don't prefer firm mattresses, and upgrade to 2 ply toilet paper! "

With six bedrooms, it’s perfect for our group of six because everyone has their own private space, while still having wonderful areas where we can gather together and enjoy time as a group. The layout really makes it ideal for a friends’ getaway.The elevator is such a great feature, especially when bringing luggage or groceries upstairs. Every deck has beautiful views, which we enjoyed throughout the day — from morning coffee to evening conversations.The heated pool and hot tub are absolute must-haves and one of our favorite parts of the house. After a day out and about, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
