"This is amazing house right on the beach with walking access to the beach bars and dining. The house is well decorated and has all the amenities you would expect. There are enough dishes to feed a small army! Enough space to easily accommodate a group of 18 or more. Checking in process was a breeze and took 2 minutes. Check in location is a stones throw from the property as well which was great. We had 1 small issue and the host responded quickly and a service person was there within a couple of hours. Would definitely rent again."

"The home is clean and has an excellent location, but needs a lot of tender loving care. There were broken window screens and windows were hard to open. The pergola up on the rooftop is coming apart. The outside areas are in desperate need of updating structurally and are unkept. We can’t access the balcony outside of the living room because it was blocked off by a couch. The furniture up on the rooftop needs to be updated as well. AvantStay was very responsive and helpful."

"We came to visit for a band at Windjammer! Property was exactly as described. Note there is no elevator. Def got my workout in climbing stairs! Convenient location to beach and to walk everywhere. We rented a car which was great to go to the store but didn’t use the car any other time. Bunks were smaller than expected so teenage daughter slept on the couch. Queen bed was comfy and air conditioning and fans made it very comfortable. Bugs on the beach were rough. My daughter and I were eaten up with bites. BRING insect repellent. Ice cream place across the street was yummy. Acme and coconut joes were great and had wonderful service. Make a reservation at acme because the wait was long! I’d skip the pizza place. Service was poor and there is a dish on the home page of the website and we asked for it and the servers all said we have no idea what that is. They were more interested in sitting and talking to each other versus providing decent service. Red sauce is very bland and chunky. We had one snafu- the batteries in the keypad died and we were locked out for 1.5 hours on our last night. Host was quick to respond tried resetting but didn’t work. Called and left a message for After hours that didn’t respond for over an hour but later sent a text saying he had 4 kids & was watching a movie and couldn’t step out. Rental had dish soap, trash bags, sponge, paper towels an toilet paper. Overall we’d stay here again for a short trip."

"This was a beautiful condo. It was perfect for our girls trip. Love the view from the first floor. The condo was beautiful decorated. It was also very clean. I had foot surgery in April. Was worried about being able to get to beach without a lot of walking. This was perfect. Very short distance to the pier and gate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again."
