"This house was perfect and accommodated our large family of ten comfortably!! The kitchen was so spacious and with two living areas no one ever felt crowded! It was the perfect location to visit the beautiful sights of Santa Barbara, and it offered us the neighborhood we needed with two kids wanting to bike and walk safely! The pool and hot tub gave us some time for relaxation as well! The host had all the essentials at the house, and a list of nearby shopping and eating recs on the fridge!! When we come back to SB, we will definitely stay here again!!! "

"We had a wonderful time in this lovely modern home. Perfect getaway for a girls reunion. Beautiful open floor plan. everything was well appointed. The airplane noise was not bad, I think it would be worse if the windows were open at night. I would definitely come back and stay - would love air conditioning units in all bedrooms. The host was fantastic, location was awesome -I definitely recommend this property:)"
