"We decided on this resort because it was fairly new and in an area that we’ve never stayed before. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The property is very clean, modern and spacious. Check in was simple and fast. We had the swim out suite and it was beautiful and spacious and the water was always clean. The beach was very nice and it was well maintained with minimal sargazo. The staff at the pool were so attentive, Bettyna was so kind to us and even though we had our own swim out pool I kept finding myself heading to where she was by the pool because her service was excellent and she made the day so much better. The staff running the pool side activities were wonderful ! Mario and Chris were professional and fun and made us feel like we knew them forever!
The food was very good for an all inclusive resort which we were very happy with.
The only negative things I would say : my boyfriend has a tree nut allergy. On the day we arrived and waited for our room we headed to buffet. He ate some rice and discovered it contained nuts. He asked the waiter who wasn’t sure about contents of dish. The sign above the food did not state it contained nuts. This happened one more time at the breakfast buffet a few days later. He needed to take Benadryl Both times. Management was made aware.
We lost power in the room on the last day.
There were also many spiders found in the room. Idk if maybe cause we were on ground floor and they have a garden right outside the door."
