"Atelier is beautiful and well- maintained. The staff is friendly and focused on customer service. The beach is private... there are no merchants wandering in to sell you something. There are multiple restaraunts with food choices across a wide spectrum.. I recommend this place highly"

"This property is new, nice structures. Beach is regular with some sargassum. breakfast (for no-club) only the buffet with short staffed cook by orders. Chez Isabelle French rest. was my favorite Milo s is tasting, Kanpai I had Yakiniku: steam egg /rice were hard. The Grill the steak was cold and overcook. Las olas was decent. Lobster house was regular. Jacuzzi at the pools last 2mins for every press. The room was good designed. TV channels are poor for English speakers. Activities are ok. The staff are friendly."

This place is perfect for bringing family and friends—relaxing, welcoming, and filled with truly exceptional service. Ramiro and Dayana at Verde (the juice bar) were absolutely wonderful. They treated us like family and made us feel so at home. The protein smoothies were delicious, and the fruit was fresh and full of flavor. Their kindness and attention to detail made every visit special. Alejandra gave us the most wonderful service. She was amazing—so professional, attentive, and warm. We truly appreciated the way she went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. We also want to thank Jahir at The Press (coffee shop), who prepared our coffee each morning just the way we liked it. His friendly attitude and consistency added such a lovely touch to our mornings. We can’t forget to mention the Sculpt fitness area—it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff there were incredibly kind and attentive. It made it so easy and enjoyable to stay active during our stay. From start to finish, we felt completely spoiled—in the best way! "Finest Playa Mujeres. A most curious name. Finest? Indeed. One almost wishes it were not true, simply to have something meaningful to complain about. The resort stands like a shining monument to excess, draped in white linens and the faint aroma of coconut sunscreen. The rooms, sinfully comfortable. The cuisine, a relentless assault on my willpower. The service, polite, efficient, almost unsettling in its cheerfulness. One begins to wonder: what’s the catch? And then… the drinks, especially at the restaurants. Ah, yes. My solitary pebble in an otherwise pristine shoe. The attentive waitstaff, for all their charm, occasionally leave one staring into the void of an empty glass. A small cruelty, really. The sun beats down, my throat dries, and I sit, pondering the nature of thirst. Not parched enough to die, no — just enough to feel the slow tick of time. A lesson in patience, perhaps. Or sadism. Hard to say. But let us not pretend this is a true grievance. I remained upright, thoroughly sated, and even found myself, dare I say, relaxed. And that, for a man such as myself, is a rare and terrible thing. Finest Playa Mujeres lives up to its name. Against all my natural instincts, I shall return, and suffer their luxury again."
