"Cool view down to the train station. Robes provided as a nice touch. Very quiet, slept well! We were only there 2 nights so put up the do not disturb to save them housekeeping time. They dropped off new towels and robes anyway! "

"Loved the more Japanese-style in the hotel and room. Walking around barefoot and in the jinbei was a lovely experience in itself. The room was sufficient and clean and came with helpful baskets to bring your towels to the onsen. It also had a hair dryer which is not mentioned on the room amenities on here. The onsen was fantastic with the three pools and sauna. It was a very relaxing time and I appreciated the late-night hours."

The staff were friendly and assiduous, especially Nicole S. who helped us arrange for a delivery of a forgotten item from our last hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and their excellent team. "
