"The level of hospitality we received from Claudia, Alessandro, and Francesco has been unmatched. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like family—they made it incredibly easy to relax and unwind after a long travel day! My only complaint about this place is that we didn’t stay longer. The breakfast was delicious (the best we’ve had on our trip), the room was spacious, and the views from the terrace were unforgettable."

"We booked a room that had a beautiful terrace looking onto the garden but the room they gave us was in the back so it got no light and the terrace faced a wall. We complained and they said the photos online are just examples. Not good value for money and the photos are deceiving. "

"Nous avons tout aimé ! Le personnels est ultra sympathique et se plie en 4 pour que votre séjour soit au top ! Très très agréable avec les enfants ! Le logement est au top , super équipe , un jacuzzi par logement , un coin embrace personnel , piscine .. enfin tout .. et pour finir une vue magnifique ! On y retournera ..c est le meilleur endroit de nos 15 jours de balade en Italie !!!"

"This is an incredible hotel in a beautiful part of Ponte Ischia, highly recommend. The hotel itself is very charming with Mediterranean decor. We arrived at 10am from the ferry and our room was ready, and they upgraded us to a room with a balcony (which was very helpful to drive swimsuits and clothes in the heatwave). The breakfast was incredible; huge variety of options, everything very fresh, and they make any type of coffee you want for you (including iced coffee). The location is also beautiful with it being located directly on the beach with its own beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach club service (we were able to order food and drinks ,which were all delicious). My only con to this hotel is that the beach neighbors a few other hotels and that the beach area belonging to the hotel isn't closed off, so there are multiple children and families playing in the water and running around the lounge chairs during the day, which feels less private and more of a public beach setting -- that's my only feedback that I wish the hotel could implement for a more relaxing stay on the beach."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Forio! Esperienza davvero eccezionale all’Hotel Nettuno. La posizione è fantastica, proprio nel centro di Forio, comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi, ma ciò che rende questo hotel davvero speciale è l’attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un ringraziamento particolare a Lucio, sempre super disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Complimenti anche a tutto il suo staff per la professionalità e l’accoglienza: ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. Le camere sono spaziose, curate e pulitissime, con un livello di pulizia veramente impeccabile. La colazione è abbondante, varia e di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. E poi c’è il tramonto… semplicemente spettacolare. 🌅 La vista dall’hotel regala uno dei tramonti più belli di Forio, un panorama che da solo vale il soggiorno. Posizione, pulizia, camere, colazione, panorama e soprattutto servizio: tutto perfetto. Complimenti a Lucio e a tutto il suo staff per il bellissimo lavoro. Hotel Nettuno assolutamente consigliato. 5 stelle meritatissime! Torneremo sicuramente!"

"I almost didn’t want to review this hotel so I could keep it a secret! It is paradise on earth. Nestled at the top of a hill with stunning views and a number of thermal baths this was truly a place to recharge and take a break from the world. With a spa, fitness room, and a wonderful bar and restaurant you need not travel anywhere once you arrive. If you prefer there is a free shuttle to take you back and forth from the town square below. They also have a private beach club arranged if you would like a swim in the ocean. We could always find our very own secluded spot amongst the pools. A little paradise on earth is not an overstatement."

"Yes the rooms are small but the bathrooms are fine, there is air conditioning but, more importantly, a great thermal pool area with sauna and cold plunge AND perhaps most importantly, free access to beach loungers and umbrellasonly four minute walk away.’ Simply put…if you don’t want to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas, don’t want to battle crowds to get said chairs and umbrellas, and don’t want to pay $$$ to experience a thermal pool (both indoors and outdoors) this is your place!"

The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. I would happily stay here again."

"The most perfect stay. Very kind staff they were so helpful and made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The ac in the room worked very well, the pool had a great view. Dinner at the hotel was great as well. I had to leave at 6am and they packed me a little breakfast bag todo w a sandwich and water. It was the sweetest. Highly recommend this hotel"
