"During the time I'm visiting, the hotel is under renovation, which is quite inconvenient. Check-in is located on the lower level, and the complimentary water is on the first floor. Why not just put it in the room? But I received $35 daily credit for food & drink, which is good."

"Absolutely fab hotel, really friendly staff, clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. Whilst it is not a modern hotel & it has no facilities such as bar it is just a few minutes walk from Times Square & is surrounded by restaurants. I would recommend if your wanting a fab base in New York"
