Absolutely loved my stay here, my husband and I just got back home from our trip and loved this hotel. The hotel location is perfect for easy transportation since it is inside grand central, it was so nice walking from our room out the lobby and directly into grand central to get on the subway without even going outside. Had a great view from the room too! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious especially for NYC. Also really loved the endless hot water for the shower at this hotel lol, the water temp was always nice and hot for a nice end of day shower. Room was surprisingly super quiet and dark and had a super comfortable bed. Hotel has a market near check in desk as well which was super convenient for grab and go snacks. Super impressed by this hotel! Definitely one of my favorites from staying in several hotels in New York. Would absolutely recommend this and stay here again.

Great stay for our family of five including children aged 8, 10 and 13. Good sized family rooms. Bathroom is very small but clean and great shower. Air conditioning was a God send. Good location for all we needed. Friendly check in staff. Great grab and go breakfast - the kids loved the pancakes, the yogurt and granola was delicious and the breakfast baps went down a treat. Really friendly staff serving this. Only downside is having to pay to store bags upon checkout at $1 each cash only. Woulsnt be so much of an issue if you could use your card to pay for this as we had no cash.
