"We had a one night stay at this property, located right across the street from John Wayne Airport. Soundproofing was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. Amenities and bathroom were very basic but clean. Shout out to the kind and helpful security guard, who made sure we got ice, and accompanied us back to our room in this large property. Know that there is a $28.00 overnight charge for parking on site."

"The property was well-maintained and the staff was awesome. Just about everything about the property was excellent. It was conveniently located, facilities were easy to use, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. It is very convenient for extended stay if you are attending to loved ones at the Hoag Hospital. The rooms were clean with full size fridge, large working desk, and a kitchenette. The studio room was spacious, the towels and sheets were clean, the TV had 300+ stations channels, and the wifi access was superb. However, because the property is pet-friendly, if you are allergic to pets, you need to avoid this property. There were residual pet food and dog hair on the carpet with lingering pet smell. I'm not allergic but am sensitive to smell so had to order an air filter and open the windows often. You can access the hospital cafeteria and Starbucks for quick bites, but you will need a car to get around Irvine. There are no restaurant clusters or stores within 20-minute walking distance."
