Romantic Hotels & Resorts in Ionian Coast from NZ$246

Great location which is close to the historical sites. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is fresh and tasty. There is good safe parking nearby and access to the Hillel is very good. We saw lots of people dragging luggage through paved roads looking for their Air B&B which showed us that a great location this hotel is in. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect location. Great sized rooms. Great staff

Such a unique experience, the water ritual gave me chills. Like stepping through time. The food is also excellent. Could not recommend more

Nice to be met in person and given information about the area and the dining options. Great location, bed and shower. Not a whole lot of natural light so some more lighting would have been good

This is a lovely boutique hotel that is newly renovated to take advantage of the unique caves in Matera. There is a beautiful view over the gorge. We spent 3 nights here and the lovely owner spent time with us each day curating a perfect itinerary for seeing Matera. There was free parking nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s about a 10 min walk into the main part of town, but it’s nice to be on the edge with the view and it’s super quiet.

Great Hotel in a good position in the town. Very helpful staff.

Great location, hard working young owners who went over board to give you great assistance. The hotel room was new and I recommend this cave room to any guest..The position of the hotel is perfect ,close to restaurants and the main square and walking old town. There was no negatives 👌

Parking can be booked with the hotel at a nearby lot and is very convenient

5 stars is not enough for Conche Luxury Hotel. From the comprehensive information provided prior to arrival, to our welcome from Carla, the amazing, spacious room and wonderful amenities, this property ticks all the boxes. It is superbly located within the Sassi of Matera and it’s easy to access key sites. Carla provided us with a map, highlighting areas of interest. She also recommended numerous restaurants and even booked us in to one when we returned later in the afternoon. Her recommendation...
