"It was a beautiful room however the shower did not have hot water which we discovered when we were trying to take a shower so they moved us to another room and that shower also did not have hot water when we called the front desk no one answered the phone twice maybe because the hotel is in a sleepy area. The staff is more relaxed."

"Rooms were okay. We reserved a room that was supposed to accommodate 4 but realistically was good for 2. The pull out sofa bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We had to request towels, pillows, sheets. The staff at the bar and coffee shop were very nice. Wasn’t a bad stay, just kind of meh."

"Everything was great but the only problem was the pool and the hot tub. Both were cold and my kids and I couldn't enjoy it at all. Some measures need to be taken when customers experience these issues, given our financial commitment to rental and other."

"Room wasn’t clean only beds were made but there was food on the floor and stains on carpet and garbage left from previous person. Also all night long we heard alarm clock from room next to us. Also we were told different price for parking from different staff members."

"Elegant hotel, very quiet with amazingly comfortable beds. A very nice in-house restaurant and two upscale steak restaurants within a 1 minute walk."

"Property has a shuttle to and from hotel, which is great. Location is close to airport, just across convention center. Front desk did not want to accommodate early check in, which was very inconvenient."
