"Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. I never got the refund. Went back and forth with Expedia who had to contact the hotel who now said I can not have a refund because policy is to cancel through Expedia. I would have been happy to do that at the time had the worker told me that was the process and not assured me she would take care of it. I will share my experience with everyone I know because I know the manager (who I called many times and left a message) had the ability to make this right and take the opportunity to address the worker and train them so this did not happen to another customer. "
