The staff were wonderful in accommodating our early checkin request, and handling the full refund we requested. The room itself (128) was disgusting and there's no way it was serviced prior to our arrival around 3pm. We ended up changing for the reception we were attending, finding other sleeping arrangements, and checked back out 2 hours later.

The establishment was clean. The room was clean. Bed was a little hard but manageable. I felt breakfast was ok. It’s a free breakfast. It was very busy the night we stayed so maybe it was hard for staff to keep up. We visited pool. There was no towels again they were very busy, also very minor issues. Over all very happy with stay. Would rerun in future.

The good, the bad and the ugly: spacious, nice kitchen area, bed and pillows very comfy, hotel quiet for sleeping. Young man at desk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful. Room generally clean but cobwebs hanging from ceiling right above bed! Covering on bed frame very stained. Bathroom smelled sour and mildewy. Discovered the smell was the shower liner. Bathtub and floor area around tub needs recaulking. Handheld shower mount didnt work b/c knob on shower wall to control it was broken. Carpet in front of fridge/table area soaking wet. Brought these things to the attn of front desk staff and they said they'd have maintenance take a look at it when we were gone during the day. They never did. The next morning while I was still in bed, they were knocking on our door! My husband said to come back when we checked out at 11. Housekeeping also knocked on our door before checkout despite us having the magnet on the metal frame of the door thay said do not disturb.

The room was big and clean. The hallways weren't as clean as the room. The breakfast was good! Our only issue was everytime we came or left there were workers at the doorways smoking and we are both very sensitive to cigarette smoke. We could also smell it in the hallways since they were smoking so close to the doors. We know this is a dedicated smoking area so a suggestion would be to move the smoking area away from the hotel so guests don't have to walk through smoke.

The hotel came in clutch when our power went out right before the holidays. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They even hosted a Thanksgiving happy hour when we arrived, which was a really nice touch—I’m sure the other guests traveling appreciated it too. Breakfast was great every morning. My only issue was the pool area: the hallway leading to it was freezing, so going from that straight into a cold pool was rough. Other than that, we had a great stay and my family had a wonderful time.
