Great parking its next to highway so kinda loud but cant hear inside the building ac works great staff was great as well did find it crazy to close the pool down but understand maintenance is a big thing will definitely stay again in future

Nice safe parking. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Most of the staff are great, wonderful in fact. However i encountered a staff member that needs customer service counseling. The sink and bathtub drains are very slow. Nice bathroom with nice shampoo and ect. The lampshade was missing from the lamp on the bedstand. The room was clean and smelled nice.

Staff was great! However, had to switch rooms due to spots on floor and bed, had to get staff to open pool and gym. Card access did not work (hotel rule). Once switched, beds were comfy, room was clean. Decent breakfast.

The staff is EXTREMELY nice. Always helpful, took care of our reservations when we needed to extend. The room looks great…the room smells clean and you don’t always have that when you stay at a hotel nowadays. It’s clean, the bathroom is clean and the beds are made sharply. We really appreciated that.

we always stay here every time we come to town it's always nice. The service is great and customer service is always excellent. This is the only trip that we didn't get much sleep due to the ongoing smoke alarms that kept going off all through the night for two days. That's my only complaint.

The room was fairly clean. No shower curtain. The staff was excellent, both for check in and check out. Heating/AC was ok but wish we could have more range to adjust temperature so it wasn’t so warm. We had to leave pretty early the next morning and didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but the dining area looked very nice and very clean.

Did not like the staff every time you have a problem or need some they outside taking smoke breaks phone was broke in the room had to go downstairs had to switch rooms no couch water was cold threw my new body wash away never will go there again rooms are not up to standard I had to cancel my reservation go to another hotel just because water did not work
