Cozy, completely fenced holiday home in Kaltenhof. Ideal for 2-4 people with a dog.

Located in Kaltenhof on Bernsteinweg, with a direct connection via the dirt road to the beach at Schwarzen Busch. (approx. 500m)

On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with a kitchenette and a small bay window with a dining table and access to the small terrace.

The living room with flat screen TV and fireplace is open to the kitchen and therefore perfect for sociable family evenings.

A WLAN connection is available.

A shower room with toilet is on the ground floor and another large bathroom with sauna, shower and toilet on the upper floor shortens the cold days.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds.

Ein sehr schönes und sehr gemütliches Haus, hat unsere Erwartungen um längen übertroffen. Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen. Die kleine Sauna war das i Pünktchen da Sie im Herbst eine Wohltat ist. Immer gern wieder wenn es uns wieder nach Poel treibt. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 10 Minuten geschafft und selbst der Hundestrand ist gleich daneben. 5 Sterne von uns.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Mülltrennung, die sich für Gäste von außerhalb etwas schwierig gestaltet hat. Auch die beiden Einzelbetten waren sehr klein und etwas unbequem.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. :) Es gab wirklich nur zwei Sachen die uns aufgefallen sind. Zum einen befanden sich bei unserer Ankunft Tabakreste auf dem Esstisch und zum anderen ist das Fernsehgerät zu alt um daraurf Netflix und Co. Zu schauen. Einen Tag konnten wir es noch nutzen und dann war es zuende. :D

Hallo liebes Team Danke für den tollen Empfang . Wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Folgende Anregungen würden wir gerne ansprechen: Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem.Da sollte man etwas investieren.Die Gartenmöbel sind auch nicht die besten und entsprechen nicht dem Rest des Hauses.Eine kleine Überdachung auf der Terasse wäre für Raucher super.Ansonsten ein tolles Ferienhaus das man empfehlen kann.LG Fam Teller

Es hat Spaß gemacht den Urlaub in dem Haus verbringen zu können. Mit Kindern ist es super dort und vor allem die Nähe zum Strand. Auch für Unternehmungen liegt man zentral. Die einzige Kritik die es gibt, war die Couch. Diese war sehr unbequem.

Es war super, habe selten ein so vollständig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen. Als kleine Verbesserung würde ich anregen, bei mehreren Personen 2 Schlüssel auszugeben, da man nicht immer alles zusammen macht.

Sehr schönes FH gut gelegen und top eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder. Ein kleiner Hinweis : Mülltrennung und Mülltonnenentleerung im Auge behalten Es waren wieder sehr schöne erholsame Tage auf der Insel Poel Wir bedanken uns mit freunlichen Grüssen H. und F. Hißbach

Für etwas größere Hunde ist die Einzäunung leider nicht hoch genug und die Hecke ist auch nicht überall "ausbruchssicher". Das wäre das Einzige was ich als Verbesserungsvorschlag einbringen kann. Alles Andere - sehr sehr schön. Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen werden.
