Cute but UNSAFE!
Cute BUT they gave strangers a working key to our room. The strangers entered our room while my family was staying there and we were vulnerable. There is no staff actually on the property so there was no one to go to with the problem, especially on a weekend. Since strangers had access to our room and our possessions, and my family felt unsafe, we were forced to check out early with NO compensation for our trouble. Cute but not managed well and unsafe!!

The place was clean and central. It had a kitchenette and a small fridge. The only thing that was a little bit problematic was the parking on the street. You need to come back every 1.5 hours until 9pm to add more parking time.

Urban Inn is a self check-in gem for groups or families!! Massive spaces and plenty of room for 4 people. Kitchenette is a bonus in Europe and was very much welcomed. Very clean and well equipped with everything needed. Busy street late at night it seems, but we were too tired to care 😄

Basic with just the essentials. Not so convenient as it did not have an elevator so you have to lug luggage up and down the narrow flight of stairs. No wardrobe, just a single rack with a few hangers to hang clothes. No connecting rooms if you have a large group/family. Adequate for a couple of nights. All instructions given via email.

Leicht zu finden, gute Lage, nahe dem Bahnhof und der Stadtmitte, sehr sauber. Das Wohnzimmer ist winzig, das Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer, nicht im Bad, und wenn du im WZ schläfst, weckst du die Schlafenden im SZ auf, wenn du zur Tour willst

Pros: Good location, Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, super clean, great view of mountains from window, nice pinewood smell throughout apartment. Check in instructions were simple and easy to follow. Good that they provide the option to store luggages before the room is ready. Cons: No elevator. There's also a bar directly below, it could get a slightly noisy at night if your windows are open. But great experience!

No elevator, no TV, no on-site guest services
Although the hotel is quaint, very convenient, and spacious, the hotel does not have an elevator, the rooms do not have televisions, the beds are about two feet off the ground, and the hotel does not have on-site guest services. At 60 years of age, it's becoming more of a challenge for my wife and I to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs. Also, climbing in and out of a bed that's only two feet off the ground was not comfortable. The communication between Rene, property manager, was very helpful but this is not a hotel I would ever stay at again if other options are available. The hotel is very proud of it's "green" and "minimalist" commitments but that's just not for my wife and I. I'm sure many others will find it just what they are looking for.

Beautifully refurbished minimalist stay, only problem was that there was only 1 pillow and a single duvet on the double bed and no reception area for me to ask for additional. I also needed to book a taxi and couldn’t because no reception. I ended up walking to train station to catch a taxi to the airport

Short walk from train station, large spacious room, perfect for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, nice shower, well equipped kitchen. The only thing we would have liked was a small table for eating. We would stay here again!

good base to explore Innsbruck for family
Great location, about 10 minute walk to historic city center, close to many bus lines (free if you stay more than 3 nights, with the 'welcome pass' provided) and the train station. recently renovated so rooms in great condition: small but functional (small kitchenette with cooking unit and fridge, well equipped). tastefully but minimally decorated, rain shower being the main splurge of luxury. stores and restaurants nearby. the mattress on the platform bed is soft and thin, so had to switch with the kids to spend the rest of the trip on the sofa bed. onsite caretaker is responsive, but note this is not a full hotel w/ reception and the like: inquiries are handled remotely from a parent hotel in the vicinity of Innsbruck. we were told the front door is locked late at night (keycode/card access) but it was never when we returned, even at times the adjacent cafe that shares the building was closed. all in all, met our needs for family of 4 to explore the city for a few days.

The property is very newly remodelled but in a beautiful old building. The apartment is spacious and well thought out. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

Beautiful new clean place. Great location in town to walk to everything. Able to leave our luggage in a luggage room after check out and use a code to get it later. Owner very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was as described and was a comfortable base for a few days in Innsbruck. Location was in a nice square, but a bit further out from the city center (15 minute walk). Two days before check in we received the relevant details (key codes etc.), but our follow up questions via Hotels chat, and then via E-Mail were answered almost a full day later - far too late. Given a digital-only concept, I found this response time unacceptable (knowing of course in a true emergency, we did have the option to call a phone number)

Keine Rezeption, aber E-Mail Anleitung war sehr gut und Zutritt hat super geklappt. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Küche gut ausgestattet, den Kühlschrank hört man auch nachts , evtl runter stellen. Im Parkhaus am Hbf haben wir das 3 Tage Parkticket für 46 Euro geholt. Eine Matratze war leider schon durchgelegen.

Vi var meget glade for at bo på Urban Inn. Det ligger centralt og ved en meget hyggelig plads med café og restaurant. Værelset var lyst og godt indrettet. Nem ind-og udtjekning og fin kommunikation med Urban Inn.
