"What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. For a quite and peaceful relaxing holiday we couldn’t of asked for more. That being said a taxi into Skegness was...

"Stayed in the lovely Ashtree Cottage for 2 nights for our niece's wedding in Skegness. Booking was so simple, Helen kept in close contact with us prior to arrival & met us at the cottage to show us around. The pool was just amazing and the cottage grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. Feels like you're really away from everything but in fact, only a couple of miles from restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. We used a local taxi firm (Coastline Cabs) who were great, reliable & reasonably priced....

"Beautiful little cottage n nice warm hot tub, if you like peace and quiet this is the place to visit, only little niggle I had was the lack of outside lighting around the cottage. Would definitely recommend tho"

"It was brilliant from the off as had phone call we the owner in the morning to double check everything we wanted. Which was brilliant and then when we got there everything was perfect brilliant place for the money. Louise then came and introduce herself so any issue we could go talk to her. Also showed us round and how to us the hot tube. Spent the time talking to us about everything local shops. Place to visit and the takeaways. It was that good we will be staying again in November"

"The cottage itself was beautiful. Clean, tidy and well looked after. You must buy from their online shop ! The location is a bit out of the way for some but only a short drive to everywhere else. Just be mindful about going out of season as things will be closed. We, & my fur baby, loved the peace and quiet and the feel of the cottage. A must is Welly boots in the winter."
