"I will stay here every time I’m in Colombia. The property serves its purpose only thing is there is no weights in the gym but they have a 24 hour gym about five minutes out by Uber. The staff are the best like they leave you alone but still are super attentive of you if that makes sense and they are not trying to squeeze any money out of you in fact they are telling you ways to save money and that’s rare as a U.S. citizen visiting a country like Colombia."

"5 Star is not always 5 star furniture and upholstery stained fixtures have rust on them walls look like children ate greasy food and wiped their hands on it complained about this then was told I cannot have anyone in my room without paying an under the table fee to the guys downstairs and I objected to that ofc and ten minutes later was told I have to pay 200 for smoking in the room although I not only smoke outside hence the smell of smoke on me but I also have a balcony room for that purpose if I so chose to smoke. I recommend the Park V Hotel which is cleaner the staff are attentive but also are not inside it trying to tax you for being a tourist. Breakfast is blah and of course cold even if you are the first person down there. It’s extremely pretentious so if you have money but still want to be treated like a regular human being do not go there and lastly the price I paid for four nights at the Park V was the price of one night at the uppity Hotel Spiwak. Do not book here you can get a better stay somewhere else."

"These place it is for locals to expend a night. Who don’t care about the place to be clean under the bed or getting a bloody towels. The staff run the pace while the Managment if is ausente for the well been of the business. La Estancia if is around the corner. That it is a real hotel. "

"This was the second time staying at this Boutique Hotel. There has been a noticeable improvement. First of all the welcoming effect at check in. Lorena was specially kind and made the experience, a smooth one. Then was the breakfast; a much large variety of options and flavors, and there is also a restaurant onsite. Last but not least. The rooms; comfortable beds and bathrooms. I definitely recommend this hotel to any one."

"We expected to have a good experience since the place has several positive reviews. However, what we experienced was completely disappointing. On the first night, the room we booked for my mom and her husband had a serious issue with the air conditioning. During the night, it started leaking so badly that it felt like it was raining inside the room, which was very uncomfortable and alarming. When we reported it at the front desk, the staff member was kind, apologized, and told us that if we came back, we would receive an “excellent discount” and that the experience would be different. We decided to give them a second chance, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The so-called discount turned out to be minimal (around $10), and when I compared prices on Expedia, I found cheaper rates even without that “offer,” so there was really no compensation at all. Additionally, we were initially assigned the same room from the previous day, which had not been cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk again to request a different room. In the new room, we encountered more issues: there were no towels, no soap, no shampoo, and although the air conditioning turned on, it did not cool. Overall, the customer service was poor, and our experience as tourists was very negative. We do not recommend this place, as it does not meet basic standards of quality or service."
