First time on this property. Customer service exceptional. Room spacious , however, seats on the living room are small, hard and could be more comfortable. Bed and mattress very comfortable. TV picture and cable very bad and with very few and limited channels. We stayed the weekend of the Superbowl and we were not able to find the game on any of the TV available channels. Dining area during breakfast got crowded a couple of times, having to wait a few minutes until table was available. Good breakfast. I personally recommend to let the operator know when you leave the room and request the clean up. Once, we left and came back later in the afternoon and room wasn't cleaned up yet . Overall good experience with some minor flaws. Happy to be back in the city and choose this hotel in the future .
