What an amazing view you get from this hotel. We were on the 23rd floor and could see for miles. The area is completely commercial with many government building but also a riverwalk, several museums and the zoo. We loved this hotel. Room service was on time, and the bar downstairs was enjoyable after the game.

Our state could not have been better. We made the trip to Indianapolis because of a doctors appointment. We are elderly and have some difficulties with mobility. These were accommodated well. We were quickly greeted by valet staff and check in staff. They quickly got us our room two hours early and made the concierge services available to us. Our appointment the next day was not until 2 PM at the VA. Staff graciously allowed us to stay in the room until 1 PM without any extra charge. They quickly took charge of our luggage and stored it for us. The valet staff promptly delivered the automobile. To top it all off, we were given a complementary snickers bar on the way out the door. We would definitely stay here again. The accommodations were first class, and the location was terrific. We have nothing but good things To say about the hotel.
